1. How do you ship orders?

At TiendaSlam.com we use a courier service to deliver your orders, so we ensure that you will have them in your house quickly and safely.

2. Where can I receive them?

In any direction you indicate us in your order. Please note that it is not possible to make deliveries in PO Boxes.

3. What cost do they have for me?

They are totally free. We do not charge you any shipping or handling costs.

4. To which countries do you send?

We only sell in Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

5. When will I receive my order?

En 48/72 horas sin contar fines de semana y festivos excepto artículos fuera de stock que se reciben en aproximadamente 10 días.

5. Can I track the status of my order?

The moment our messenger service provides us with a tracking number of the order we will send it to you by email so that you can track it from your website.

6. How is delivery done?

When the package leaves our premises you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Usually the courier service will contact you to confirm your presence and coordinate the delivery schedule.
